Update about our oyster service:

As of March 18th, we have decided to stop serving raw oysters at the bistro until the fresh shellfish season begins again in the fall. Safety and quality is our primary focus with our cuisine. As we all know, raw oysters reflect the waters they grow in and are immediately affected by environmental changes. After a long discussion with our seafood purveyor, we decided to pull oysters from the menu. Not to worry: they will be back in the fall!

We will still be open until 6:30pm on Thursday and be offering our full food menu. There are exciting changes come to the Bistro food menu! We are thrilled to announce that Chef Kelly Alexander has joined our ranks and will be taking over the food program. She’ll be creating new menu items for you to enjoy and taking the helm on bringing a true “wow” factor to our estate events.
