The Domaine Pouillon Estate vineyard is usually the very last white grape harvest of the year and always calls for a celebration on the farm. This year we continue our celebration as the 2023 vintage has already won a Platinum Medal (Best of the Best) from Sip Magazine!
Light floral & fruit notes of chamomile petals and Asian pear are well balanced with the depth of honeycomb. We find a minerality that lingers all the way though the long finish. As always this will cellar well but drinks like a dream right now.
Barrel fermented and aged for 12 months.
