Hand-harvested and whole cluster pressed.
Aromas of MacIntosh apples, chamomile, slate & rhubarb. The flavor profile is light and dry. Creamy bubbles accompany flavors of white strawberries and hay. Pet-Nat is bottle-conditioned, creating natural carbonation. This process creates sediment in the bottle which does not interfere with the quality of the wine but adds layers of texture and flavor.
Pairs well with oysters on the half-shell.
